Welcome to the 4th annual Staggers/Higgins Memorial Open Tournment! Eddie Staggers was the founding director of the Central AL Division of Fishers of Men. Walt Higgins took over the division after the first year that Eddie started it and directed the division for 17 years. This tournament is in honor of Eddie and Walt. We hope you will join us for this event!
