Lake Hartwell Results: May 15, 2010
Boy didn't we have fun at Sardis Baptist Church. This was our final stop for our 2010 season points event and our regional qualifier. We were entertained and fed by an amazing staff from Sardis. I huge thank you goes out to all who had a hand in preparing BBQ chicken and all the fixings.
As the evening progressed, we had an open mic time. I think we roasted Nick Thompson well. Thanks to all for the wonderful comments. Mike and Phyllis you have nothing to hang ya'lls heads about. Way to go NICK!! Our message was brought to us by Jon Ainbinder, he is the counselor with Life Change Coaching. His message was about how our SHADOW affects others around us.
As Saturday kicked off, we had 34 teams take to the waters in hopes of a big sack. As the day wore on, the temps increased but the fish did not follow suit. Finishing first was the team of Hampton/Perdue with 14.16 lbs. Second place was taken by Roberts/Fullbright with 14.12 lbs. Rounding out the top three was Fowler/Kellum weighing in 11.89 lbs of fish.
