This was the final tournament of the 2010 season. We had 4 teams fish the final tournament which determined the seasons Point Champion who qualifies for the 2011 National Tournament that will be held on Lake Guntersville.
First of all I would like to thank the VP of FOM Bobby Eads and Regional Tournament Director John Snincak who made it out and ran this tournament on the Upper Bay - Northeast River. The tournament results and final standings were immediately posted which saved me time from entering them in. Thanks to Bobby & John for making this happen.
Congratulations to the winners and 2010 NJ Division Point Champions Randy Follmer and Vincent Riotto. They were the only team of the 4 who came in with a limit of 5 bass that totalled 10.17. Their winnings came to $360 + and additional $210 for winning the Champions Pot. Finishing in 2nd and 2nd overall for the year was the father/son team of Elvin & Vinny Martes. Their 4 bass weighed in at 9.66 lbs. with lunker of 3.39 lbs.
Robert Wolf and John Dell weighed in 4 bass for 8.61 lbs to finish in 3rd. John McGrath and partner came in 4th with 1 bass and also claimed lunker as well with a 3.39 lbs.
