Our 12-Mile Lake tournament started out with our Meeting at the Pizza Ranch in Creston Iowa. Or Chaplain Gary Goodwin gave a message on baptism and 6 contestants expressed the desire to be baptized at our next meeting to be held at Big Spirit Lake.
The morning of tournament day was perfect weather and continued to be a greet day. Shawn Holley and Bob Thomsen day went better than all the rest of the teams however because they won 1st place and moved into a tie for the points lead with the team of Micheal Stetich and Pat Klawsen who finished in 2nd place. The 3rd place finishers were Gary Goodwin and Dan Burkhardt.
