What an awesome weekend to be on the Potomac River!!
Congratulations to all of the teams who fished on Saturday!
A big shout out to the top 5 teams of the tournament:
Stan Cobb and Thomas Harris came in 1st with 19.20lbs! They reported catching their fish on frogs, jigs and spinnerbaits fishing the grass. They also had 1st big fish which was a 6.79lb toad!
Lenny Baird and Kevin Rodney came in 2nd with another nice bag weighing 17.16lbs! They also had a kicker fish that landed them 2nd big fish weighing 6.05lbs! They caught their fish using 6 Sense Crankbaits.
Our 3rd place team was Knuck and Kathy Crowder with 16.73lbs. Knuck and Kathy fished frogs to put their fish in the boat.
Coming in 4th was Bill Cosby and Tommy Earle with 15.76lbs. Swim baits and soft plastics were their ticket to success.
And rounding out the top 5 Todd Dorton and Mike Wilson with 15.60lbs.

The fifth tournament of the year is on the James River and will be July 14th at Osborne Landing. DETAILS FOR MEETING LOCATION ARE BELOW...THIS IS A CHANGE FROM PREVIOUS YEARS. Emergency cell # 804-980-0444. We will have an end of the year cookout immediatly following the weigh-in on Saturday. Please plan to attend!
MEETING SCHEDULE:
July 13th at Fort Lee Baptist Church - 2727 Charles City Road Richmond, VA 23231
Registration will open at 6:00PM and closes at 7:00PM (bonus points will not be awarded for arrival after 7PM or for teams leaving before the completion of the meeting). A free meal for you and your guests will be served from 6:00PM to 6:45PM. From 7:00PM to the close of the meeting we will have awards, door prizes, rules & starting positions.
ENTRY FEES : Team Event $160 or Legacy Event $80
Entry fees are due by July 8th to avoid a $25 late fee.

A $2.50 fee is added for charges incurred by paypal.
Make sure to mail or email in a completed Membership Form to the address under director information.
