Was a Rainy day today and with the Bait National Championship on the lake we were short on boats. We knew we would be. The fishing was tough but we did get to pay four folks for the Sept Open.
Our only under 16 angler did catch a fish and won the youth angler dollars. Trevor Sharrett was tickled with his check for the day.
Clint Hudson and Trey Emmit won the event with 10.25 lbs.
Josh Dorr and Hallam Cottingham came in 2nd with 10.13.
Tony Riddle and Scott Miles were 3rd with 9.87 and won the big fish pot with a 3.36 lb largemouth.
We look forward to seeing you all on the last Saturday of October as we will be having another benefit. Todays money will go to our legacy director Kyle Jones and allow him to get his bank account open. Thanks for all who attended and God bless.
