ENTRY TO THE TOURNAMENT: 

DATE:   Saturday, May 9th, 2026

LAKE:  Orange Lake

LAUNCH: Marjorie Rawlings Boat Ramp 18700 S County Road 325, Hawthorne, FL 32640

LIMIT: 3 Fish Limit 

FINAL ENTRY FEE DEADLINE:  Saturday May 9th 0530

OFFLIMITS:  NO off-limits prior to tournament except that all boats must be off the water by 5:00PM the day prior to the tournament

PERMITTED FISHING AREA:  All water accessible by waters from the official launch site

BLAST-OFF PROCEDURES:  Blast-off will be conducted from the mouth of the canal

LIVE-WELL CHECKS:  Live-well checks will begin at 0530AM and go until all boats are checked in and launched

MANDATORY POST-TOURNAMENT MEAL/MESSAGE/MEETING:  Immediately following the close of the scales at aproximatly 1:20pm Lunch will be provided

LAUNCH PROCEDURES:

• Be in the water 15 minutes prior to safe light
• Prayer and National Anthem starts just prior to safe light
• Blast-off by boat numbers starts at safe light

FLIGHT TIMES: Dependant upon number of entries

       Example

• Flight #1 (Boats 1 - 20) check-in by 1:00PM
• Flight #2 (Boats 21 - 40) check-in by 1:15PM

WEIGH-IN PROCEDURES:

• Scales open at 1PM and close 15 minutes after last flight.
• Weigh-in before or after the loading of your boat however,
• All teams are asked to come up on the weigh-in to view scales during their weigh-in
• Please be prepared to share a little about your day
• Remain until after all teams have weighed in
