We had a great day on beautiful Lake Norman on May 20. Despite the heat, all anglers weighed in though most reported numbers of fish rather than large size. Much thanks to the fine folks at Berea Baptist Church in Mooresville for hosting our Friday night dinner. And thanks also to Associate Pastor, Russ Files for delivering the message.
Chad Evans and David Anderson came in first with 14.5 pounds including the big fish at 4.54. David Spivey and Michael Sullivan were second with 12.81 pounds. Third place team, Ryan Pardue and Nicky Wagoner weighed in 12.44 pounds. In fourth place, Larry Denton and Chris Guest had 12.44 pounds. Rounding out the winners, Bryan LaFever and Wayne Sharpe weighed in 11.37 pounds for fifth place.
Much thanks to all of our anglers for a great second season of the Foothills Division. We hope to see most of you at the regional finals on Falls Lake and all of you back next year for more fun fishin!
