Congratulations to the 2018 Fishers of Men Berkley Team Series National Champions, Larry Baldock and Donovan Smith from the Kentucky South Central division. Larry and Donovan won at Guntersville with a three day total of 56.11 lb.

Day 3 turned out to be a go fishing day. The fishing time was shortened due to severe weather coming in. Blast off was 6:10 am and weigh- in at 12:30 pm.  All anglers safely made it back in time for the weigh-in to start.

We had 30 teams fishing today since the final two teams in the top thirty-two elected to take their $1,000.00 payday and not take a chance on the weather. The weights today show some teams moved up, others held their own and some just ran out of fish. When final weights were tallied, day two leaders Don Smith and Larry Baldock edged out Jon Crans and Paul Wiley by less than a pound.

• 1^st place winners were Don Smith and Larry Baldock from KYSC with 56.11 lbs. They took home a top of the line Bass Cat Cougar with a Mercury 250 Pro XS
• 2^nd place winners Paul Wiley and Jon Crans from Maryland with 55.15 lbs. won a beautiful Bass Cat Marquay with a Mercury 150 Pro XS.
• 3^rd place and big fish ( day 1) winners Johnny Creel and Steve Stewart from GA S had 54.17 lbs. anchored by the 8.83 toad they caught on day 1.
• Alabama C team of Bobby Sanders and Troy Shirley took 4^th place with 52.55 lbs.
• Texas E team of Matthew Moore and Makaila Moore took 5^th place with 51.90 lbs.

As the weigh-in concluded, the storm hit and wind really picked up. Temperature dropped 15-20 degrees. Pictures were taken, prizes awarded and fishermen and FOM staff headed for cover.
