Thanks to the team at Lindsey Lane Baptist church for a great meal of salad, spaghetti, and homemade desserts.  We had a captivating speaker, Richard Martin, who shared his personnal testimony.  Our 53 teams were ready for a windy day on the water.

Saturday was windy but the rain held off until the end of weigh in.  The team of    had big fish weighing in at 6.64 pounds.  They recienved a payday of $265.  The top ten tens recieved a check.  First place went to Jeff Surratt and David Surratt with 20.04 pounds and a payday of $2220.50, which included bonus bucks.  Second place was secured by Gabby Tate and Bradley Cross with 18.81 pounds.  They also secured 2nd place bonus bucks for a total payout of $950.50.  Third place had a total payout of $676 and went to Austin Weaver and Pride Weaver.  

We are looking forward to our next tournament on Guntersville Lake with our Friday night meeting held at the Beach Pavillion on 4/20/18. Registration starts at 5:30 pm.  Remember that late registration fees apply so get your entry fee postmarked by 4/13. Christian fellowship is what these tournaments are all about.
