A special thank you to Point Pleasant Baptist Church for hosting our Friday Night Meeting. What an awesome meal fried fish, French fries, hushpuppies, Cole slaw, white beans and many delicious deserts. Pastor Larry Lee delivered a powerful message as the 25 teams in attendance listened attentively.

Saturday morning dawned with temperatures in the upper 70’s creating very muggy conditions with clear skies the high for the day is forecasted to be in the upper 90’s as the 27 teams took off in search of a limit of bass.

After all the teams had weighed their fish the team of Chad and Lynne Long finished in First Place with a total of four fish weighing 20.58 lbs. Chad and Lynne also took big fish honors with a Largemouth weighing 8.34 lbs. Chad and Lynne had two fish that weighed over 8 lbs. Second place went to the team of Tim Coffey and William Milby with a five fish limit weighing 19.45 lbs. Larry and Phillip Harris took third place with a five fish limit weighing 18.49 lbs. Kevin Lamb and Jeff Glowacki  finished in fifth place with a five fish limit weighing 18.34 lbs.

Next tournament on Old Hickory Lake June 30th, and we will crown a Points Champion for 2018 and give out the Heaviest Stringer of the year, Largest Bass of the year and one team will win their Entry Fees paid for the 2019 season.
