Our Fishers of Men Central Florida Legacy division of 2019 has officially begun. Even though we had 4 tournaments go out of the Buzzard Beach boat ramp at the same time that morning, everything went well. For the first time we had to weigh in at 2 due to two of the other teams were junior tournaments weighing in at 1 also. We had 15 boats to start off with this year. We had the pleasure of four new teams this year. Mike/Lucas Schnupp, Jason/Justin Lawrence, Trevor Davis/Desmond Gauzabord, and David/Gavin Gazdak. A special thank you to Ben and Jackson Franklin for making the trip from Metter, GA. After a quick weigh in Billy Taylor blessed us with a great message on the "riches" that the lord brings to us. We were all blessed to be able to have a safe tournament and see so many friends and family make it to our weigh in. It was a tough day on the water but Walt and Jonathan brought in a nice bag weighing in at 14.77 lbs. Great job guys on the first win of the season. Mike and Lucas Schnupp came in second with 10.74 lbs. Rob and Noah Austin finished third with only 2 fish but had big bass with 6.41 lbs totaling 8.32 lbs. Fourth place went to Roy and Hailey Jones with 8.08 lbs and finishing up at fifth was Jason and Justin Lawrence with 6.40 lbs. We ate some lunch and gave out some great prizes from our sponsors. Thank you to everyone who came out and I look forward to doing it again on Lake Toho next month. Thank you so much!
