Josh and Neil Preslar take home $3,000 at Lake Tillery!!!

Uwharrie Community Church hosted our Friday night event again this year. We want to thank Pastor Ron Loflin and his staff for the awesome fish fry. It was great! Thank you Uwharrie Community Church.

Pastor Ron was also our speaker for the night and brought a message on what are our desires and how God’s promises could and would deliver us from all things that stand in the way of a closer relationship with him.

35 boats blasted off Saturday morning and believe it or not it was not raining. The weather Saturday was great however because of the previous days of hard rain the lake level was changing each day and there was large amounts of trash and mud. Fishing these conditions proved to be very difficult, however the Team of Josh and Neil Preslar brought in 17.89 lbs. to take 1^st place and $3,000. 2^nd place went to Cody Thompson and Ethan Cox with 14.94 lbs. and winnings of $1,250. 3^rd place was the team Rodney and Roger Porter with 13.58 lbs. and $700. Rounding out the teams in the money was 4^th place Greg Gooch and Gary Abbott 13.17 lbs. 5^th place Michael Kinard and Aaron Harwood with12.35 lbs. 6^th place was Cj Johnston and Matt Stanley with 12.29 lbs. and 7^th place went to Ladd and Landon Whicker with 11.98 lbs. The team of Jeff Eudy and Allen Sinclair won $500 with the Big Fish of 5.11 lbs. The total payout was over $7,000.

The team of Jeff McQuaige and Eric Moser won the drawing for the team out of the money and paid entry fee into High Rock.

Dave Snyder won the $150 gift certificates for the Legends Bonus drawing.

Rick Booth was the winner of the $50 gift certificate for the highest place finishing youth under 16 years of age.

Cast for Cash winners were Greg Gooch and Gary Abbott and second place was Michael Kinard and Aaron Harwood.
