Lake Darbonne Event, 1-16-2021

Friday Night meeting and meal will be at First Baptist Church in Ruston, La. 

Meeting Address= 200 South Trenton Street, Ruston, Meeting will be in fellowship hall, use Southwest entrance near intersection of West Texas street and South Monroe street.  

Flight assignments and launch sequence will be assigned at the Friday Night Meeting. 

Friday night meeting points can be earned by in person meeting attendance by one team member, or by contacting Trey McGuire to schedule a " make up meeting" that will be scheduled remotely to avoid COVID exposure. Make up meetings can be scheduled before or after the event, I will contact each team not represented in person friday night to discuss scheduling a make up meeting

Weigh in Procedures will provide for availability of a 6 foot social distancing buffer from other competitors and staff.  

We will blast off from the Darbonne Peninsula on Hwy 33 in Farmerville at "safe light" Saturday morning. 

Details about weigh in location and procedures will be provided at Friday night meeting and repeated at morning meeting. 

This is an off limits with practice division for the 2021 season, off limits will begin 12:00 AM on 1-11-2021 until safe light on Friday  11-15-2021. 

Friday will be an official practice day so substitution rules WILL APPLY. Please read rules on FOM websight for details about eligibility and substitutes. Please be aware that no information may be solicited during off limits or official practice days from non-competitors.
