Our Saturday morning devotional was provided by Bryan Halloway, his message hit home for all of us as we celebrated the resurection of Jesus this weekend. He gave an invitation as well. Guys, this hits right in line with the message we heard at our first event, time is not on our side, we are not promised tomorrow, please if you want to know Jesus as your saviour and have never prayed to accept him in your heart and ask for forgiveness, now is the time. Thank you Bryan for a great message.
Well, I scheduled the tournament again and mother nature does not like me scheduling tournaments, The rain during the previous week made the lake rise 8 feet the week prior to the tournament, and the cold air that moved in caused the water tempuratures to drop 10 degrees. It sure made fishing tougher, however Bryan and Brandon Halloway came away with the win with a bag of 5 small mouth weighing 13.19 lbs. a great bag on a very tough day.
2nd went to Anthony Dillion and Jonathan Bailey
3rd went to Tony and Penny McCraw
4th went to Daniel Clark and Jerry Wright, Daniel had to fish solo, but still managed 4th place and Big fish with a small mouth weighing 4.99lbs.
5th went to Dwain Bever and Lacy Burnette
6th went to Jared Sowers and Kevin Allison
7th and just out of the money honors went to William "Willie" Craft and Ethan "big E" Craft
