On a very tough evening, only two of the ten teams competing managed to catch a five fish limit. It was an awesome night to be outdoors, the weather was beautiful. But clear skies and high barometric pressure made the fishing tough. With ten teams fishing, a total of only 22 keeper size fish were weighed in.

Sam Ausbrooks and Scotty Walls put together a limit that topped the field at 12.58. It included the RealTree Monster bass at 4.06.

The only other limit was brought in a limt was Brian Rusher and his substitute partner, Carter Whitfield. They took second place with 10.49 lb.
