North Carolina Central - Classic

It's time to get the ball rolling for the 2026 season. Our season this year will be at the same lakes, but couple of them will be at different times of the year. Our season dates will be at bottom of this post.

Also this year on June 13th we're going to have our NC Central Championship tournament at Jordan Lake. Lake will be off limits from sunday night until safe light day before the tournament. Payout will be determined by sponsorship. each team that participates will have to fish a minimum of four regular season tournaments with at least one member at meeting. So it's going to be an exiciting season so come fish with NC Central Fishers of Men.

First thing I want to get going is our gun raffle this year, sponsored by Fuquay Gun. It's a bit different than last year, but has potential to be way better. I prayed about it and God led me to ask 5 of our fishermen to meet with me and discuss what we felt God would have us to do.

We are going to have a 150 ticket raffle that gives 11 chances to win. Each ticket is $100, with 1st ticket drawn winning $250 & last ticket drawn winning $1500 and 5 guns and 4 rounds of ammo in between. Monies made will be split 50% for tournament payout and 50% points championship(50%,30%,20%). Each team that sales at least 5 tickets will be in points race. Drawing will be live facebook @FOM North Carolina Central March 5th at noon. So if we sell all tickets it will be quite a bit added to each tournament payout plus several thousand points pay out.
