NOTE: Participation in this event does not accumulate points and does not count towards the qualifiers for District or National Tournaments.

Date/Time:	Sunday, June 15 @ 5:45 to 2pm weigh in
Location:	Oneida Shores Park, 9400 Bartell Rd, Brewerton, NY 13029
Tournament Fee:	$75 per 2 person team + $3 Convenience fee
Sign up / Payment:	Sign up and payments are through the website only using a debit or credit card This is an OPEN tournament, no membership is required, but sign-up and payments are due before participation. Participation totals will be capped at 99 (subject to change per DEC requirements)
Boat Launch Fee:	$10 per boat (Payable at the gate pay station.) Pay station accepts exact change or credit card
Payouts:	1 in 5 team entries will win a payout based on placement. Heaviest bass will get a payout Bonus Bucks Contributors can win % of Pot: 1st (50%), 2nd (30%), & 3rd (20%) = 100% payout
Details:	Send the following information to FishersofMenNY.North@gmail.com to be eligible to compete in our tournaments: Boat Make/Model & Year Motor Brand Insurance Provider & Policy # Boat Driver's name, Age, Email, & Cell ph# (Must be =>18) Co-Angler's name, Age, Email, & Cell Ph# (Any age) Confirm that you have (or will have) the required equipment on/before the tournament: Aerated live well that can hold 5 fish Working kill switch on the boat Working life vests for each angler A minimum of $100,000 of liability insurance must be carried on any boat used to participate any Fishers of Men Tournament. Failure to do so, or reporting of false information, will result in disqualification of catch. RULES & PENALTIES: Everyone is required to have their live-wells checked after launching, but before blastoff Both participants must wear their life vests if the main motor is running. (Failure to comply will result in disqualification) Boat numbers will be assigned according to payment order (1st Paid / 1st Served) and blast off will be completed by boat number Failure to abide by FOM Rules and/or New York boating laws will result in disqualification. All penalties disclosed in the FOM Rules will apply and each participant will be responsible to be aware of and abide by them.

DISCLOSURES:

By making this purchase, the tournament participants are electronically confirming that they have read and agree to the Rules, and are also electronically confirming that they are agreeing to release, indemnify and hold harmless Fishers of Men Ministry Inc., its officers, sponsors, or anyone working with the trail for any damages, injuries, or death that occur as a result of participation in this event, whether arising from negligence of said releases or otherwise to the fullest extent of the law. Permission is also given for quotes, pictures, or videos bearing the tournament participants' likeness to be used in promotional activities without compensation, and acknowledge that each participant has read and understood the tournament rules. This agreement is valid for all events held by the Northern New York division of Fishers of Men National Tournament Trail.
