~~Our 6th Annual Merrill Brattlof Memorial Invitational has wrapped up! Tournament #4 of the season was a really tough one, but a good one. The heavy rainfall caused Lake Tyler to be shut down midweek so we had to move our event to Lake Palestine. We still had 31 teams fish. The wind fought hard, but a lot of fish were brought in. We were able to pay out a total of $7,810!
Congratulations to Tom Mayne & Ronnie Durrett, Jr. with the winning sack of 17.56# for 1st place. Good job, Guys! Along with their Bonus Bucks, they won a total of $3,113.
Martin Boren & Colby Fergesen came in 2nd with 16.52#. They took home checks totaling $1,313.
Todd Pierce finished a close 3rd all on his own with 16.38#. He also caught the Big Bass of the day weighing 7.51#! He won a total of $1,071.
Scott Jenkins & Coy Spencer placed 4th with 16.04# winning $556. They were also the highest placing team signed up for the Cash for Cast Challenge so they received an additional $250 courtesy of Berkley!
Shawn Wildt & Kenny Stewart placed 5th with 15# even. They won a total of $422.
6th Place went to Steve Terry & Randy Parks with 14.85# for $335. They were also the 2nd highest placing team signed up for the Cast for Cash Challenge, which means they won an additional $150 from Berkley!
Jimmy Sheehy & Zach Sheehy were the top placing team with a THSBA angler with 12.10#. They were also the top placing Adult/Jr. team out of the money. They won a total of $450. Thanks again to Joey Ridgle’s Septic Service for sponsoring our Texas High School BASS Association Bonus.
David Pace & Tracy Pace were the highest placing Male/Female Team out of the money winning $150.
