Hello!

Le Homme Dieu was our third Granite City Legacy tournament.

The weather forecast for the weekend was going to be extremely hot with oppressive humidity levels. And it was hot and sticky. Thank you God for the slight breeze off the lake, to help it feel a little better.

Our Friday night meeting was at Lake Community Church in Alexandria. Ron Beggret and his team hosted a wonderful meal catered by Pizza Ranch. We can't thank you enough for your generosity and warm hospitality! Ron also travels to different countries in Asia teaching nationals to be pastors and will be leaving again on Sunday. Ron gave an awesome message to our group and helped with the weigh-ins on Saturday too.  A huge thank you to Ron for all he did!!!

After our meal and Ron's message we went over the tournament details before we had fun with our raffle prizes. It seemed like everyone was able to win something so it was all good!

Tony Hatten and Hayden Walters were 1st place with a 19.78lb bag and their Big Bass was 4.87lbs.

Don and Mason Murphy were 2nd place with a 11.33lb bag.

Michael Fiedler and Traeton Holt were 3rd place with a 11.26lb bag.
