A beautiful morning greeted the 41 teams to start our District 4 Championship, presented by Realtree Fishing.
Most teams were able to put together a limit of bass on Lake Norman but the weights were tight. The team of David Anderson and Victor Story had the heaviest bag of day 1 with 13.79lbs which included the 4.68lb day 1 big fish. Marty Nester and Don Smith are close behind with 12.83lbs.
Only a littler over 3lbs seperate 1 through 14th places, a tight weight event should make for an exciting Day 2.
