Great event on the James River, Thank you to the 41 teams who participated!
The day started overcast so that was a welcome break from the heat, and add an outgoing tide for the day had the potential for a great event. The River didn't show its potential, we had some good bags weighed and may teams reported catching alot of fish, but had a hard time getting an above average bite.
The team of Beasley and Neff commited to a long run and it paid off with the win, they topped the field with 17.49lbs including event big fish of 6.92lbs!
In second was the team of Dacey and Wolfrey with 14.91lbs
Third place was close behind with 14.49lbs, that went to the male/female team of Jay Griffin and Katrina Carney.
