ATTENTION: FRIDAY NIGHT MEETING CANCELLED. IT IS ALSO ADVISED AGAINST BEING ON THE WATER FRIDAY.

Due to forecasted 40mph winds on Friday, the meeting will be moved to Saturday morning. With this, we plan on delaying take-off AND weigh-ins. Meeting will start at 6:45am. Please keep an eye on your emails, as we will be sending out a rules/information breakdown. Please bring any and all questions Saturday morning, where we will be having a brief overview of the rules.

Stayed tuned as we may end up making this a trailering event, depending on the weather. If the wind from Friday rolls into Saturday, we will reschedule the event. But as of now, we DO plan to fish Saturday.

UPDATE: God has answered our prayers and kept the winds out of the Saturday forecast. As of now, we WILL BE FISHING Saturday.

There will be a MANDATORY pre-tournament meeting starting at 6:45am. If you are paying at the meeting, please show up early to get the paperwork completed before the start of the meeting, or you will have to wait until after the meeting to complete it.

As of right now, it is not decided whether this will turn into a trailering event due to the wind blowing into the ramp. We will make the decision at the meeting and let everyone know then. If trailering is allowed, first cast will be postponed until approximately 30 min after the end of meeting to allow for travel time. We will still be drawing boat numbers the morning of when you check in.

Please be patient with us as this is the first time we are going through this. If you have any concerns or questions, don't hesitate to ask. Please make sure to save Alec (918-829-3135) number in case of on the water emergencies. We will come help as soon as possible.

Mandatory Friday Night Meeting- March 14th one member must attend entire meeting.

We do apologize that the Church is 28min from the ramp. This is by far the furthest distance between the two all season.

Saturday Tournament – March 15th

Please Turn off your lights when you get to the ramp in the mornings !

Take off Ramp – Twin Spillways (Cherokee State Park Ramp)

Take off Time – safe light (7:05am)

Weigh in Location – Same as Takeoff

Weigh in Time – 3:30pm

Fish limit – 5 fish - 12” Minimum

*OFF LIMITS – All public waters within Grand Lake shoreline is open

You may Load your boat on the trailer, HOWEVER you must have your Key Fob hung on the table by – 3:30pm

Entry Fees Due By – Friday night meeting (if you plan to fish but want to pay at the meeting please let me know a week in advance)

– no money will be accepted at the ramp

Payments accepted – Cards on Line (see link below), Cash at Friday night meeting, or you may Mail a Check one week prior to the event.

No matter how you pay all prices are the same. (there are no advantages to paying with cash or check)
