This weekend was the last points tournament for the year on Philpott Lake.                                                                                                                        The weekend started with the Friday meeting at First Baptist Church of Collinsville. The Church made us a great meal of breakfast food for dinner. we appreciate all that First Baptist Church of Collinsville does for our fishing trail.  We also had a rod donated to us from Back Creek Custom Rods. everyone loved the rod and we appreciate what Back Creek Custom Rods does for us!                                                                                                      We then had a message on Lazarus and the rich man and the difference between the 2 men.

 The morning of the tournament was beautiful and the rain held off for the entire tournament.                                                                                            At the end of the tournament the team of Hunter Barrow and Devin Page had the winning bag of 17.47. They also had big fish of 4.21!  Coming in second with a bag 15.93 was the team of Jared Sowers and Kevin Allison. Jared and Sowers also won the division points title of the year and are qualified for the National Championship!  Coming in third was the team of Brian Bailey and Dylan Bailey with 14.25. Finishing just out of the money and winning a new pair of rods was the team of Mathew Foster and Matt Atkins.
