We had our first tournament of the season on Lake Athens January 11th, We want to thank Sand Springs Baptist for hosting our Friday Night meeting. They provided us with a wonderful fish fry. The message they brought also hit home that evening and was truly needed. The weather for this tournament turned out to be below freezing at take off. The weights were down at the tournament but not because we didn't catch fish, but more due to the slot. Five teams did manage to bring fish to the scales. 1st Place team was Jerry Clements & Justin Priest with a weight of 1.07#. They took home $754.50. 2nd Place was Jeff Hoff and Michael Bates wth a weight of 1.03#. They took Home $185.50. Hope to see everyone next month at Lake Tawakoni.
