The Indiana-West Boggs division of the Fishers of Men Firefly Marine Weeknight Series had the 7th tournament of the 2025 season on Tuesday, May 27.

Fishing was really tough for 11 of the 14 teams competing. Those 11 teams brought a total of 17 fish to the scales and none of the 11 had more than 2 fish.

The other 3 teams were fishing on a different level. They had almost half of all the fish weighed when each of them brought in a 5 fish limit.

At the top of the list was Jody Blackburn and T.J. Lee. They had 5 that weighed 19.57 including the night's biggest fish of 5.27.

Coming in 2nd, with a limit of 14.47, was Chase Hall and Clinton Yeary. Right behid them in 3rd was Nathan Robinson with 5 that weighed 10.77.

The season points championship race is heating up. The two teams at the top of the list have pulled away from teh rest of the field making it a two team race to the top.

The second place team of Stan Kemp and Tristan Wagler gained a few points on the leaders, Ron Maxwell and Joe Moon making it a one point difference with only one tournament left.

Our next event will be on June 24th and will be the last of the 2025 season.
