The Sowers Electric FOM VA West tournament at Claytor was Saturday.

The day started out with a on the water message by Jared Sowers. It was a great ecouragement t be reminded that Christ has removed our sins if we have trusted in him by faith!

Bast off was at 7 and it started out cold and windy and stayed that all day. Despite the conditions there were some good bags caught with teams fishing in a variety of ways as the fish were in different stages                                                                                                                                       At the end of the day the team of Seth Comer and Mike Laster came in with a winning bag of 16.99. They also had the big fish of 5.14! They also received the $1000 bonus from Sowers Electric and the $500 gift cards from Rock Outdoors                                                                                           Coming in second with a bag of 16.95 was the team of Jared Sowers and Kevin Allison. They are also the current points leaders.                          Comming in at third was the team of Tony and Penny McCraw with a bag of 14lbs.                                                                                                    Finishing in 4th just out of the money and winning a pair of new rods was the team of Jonathan Bailey and Brian Mann with 13.88.

 We would like to thank Sowers Electric for such an great event this weekend! They provided snack bags the day of the tournament as well as Pizza for everyone after the tournament and added $1000 to the winners!
