Thanks to Point Pleasant Baptist Church for hosting our Friday Night Meeting. Our message for the evening was, are we really ready to be called home? We must be ready without a doubt as we know not when it’s our time so we must be prepared.

With two days of heavy rain and high winds Saturday morning dawned with clear skies and warm temperatures as the 23 boats took off. The anglers had great weather as they searched for a limit of Bass deep and shallow.  The father and son team of Alex and Greg Yandell brought a five fish limit to the scales weighing 24.12 lbs. topped off with a 7.17 largemouth to take first place honors. Second place went to the husband and wife team of David and Lori Rogers with a limit of fish weighing 19.22 lbs. Chad and Lynne Long took third place with a limit of fish weighing 18.90 Lbs. Fourth place went to the team of Kevin and Garrett Hall with a five fish limit weighing 17.05 lbs. Larry and Phillip Harris won the K9 fishing first place out of the prize package. Harry Smith and Terry Hayden won the  Mid-South Restoration draw for $200.
