The SC Lowcountry Legacy Division had their 1st Tournament of the 2017 season. The Friday night meeting was hosted by Chapin UMC where the anglers enjoyed plenty of Pizza and soft drinks. They heard a message about Jesus and Peter walking on the water and learned that as long as we stay focused on Jesus things go a lot better in our lives.

On Saturday our 6 teams blasted off in search of the hard to catch Lake Murray bass. Fishing in his 1st Tournament Lane Mueller teamed up with his Dad Ronnie to capture 1st Place with a nice limit weighing 13.51 lbs. Coming in 2nd was the team of Dalton and Don Pendarvis whose 8.61 lb bag included the Big Fish of the Day a 4.74 lb beauty. Coming in 3rd was the team of Aaron Talbert and Stanley Bruce who had 3 fish for 5.29 lbs.
