Well the season if coming close to an end with the fourth tournament of the season in the books.  We started Friday evening with a taco bar supplied by the fine folks at 3Trees Church in Campbellsville.  After dinner a old friend of mine, Casey Davis talked to us about being kind to one anouther and to pray and give thanks to all the little things in life not just the big things.  Casey told a heart warming story about him and his son deer hunting.  We had two renewed commitments that night and one that invited Christ into their heart for the first time.

Saturday morning brought warm temperatures as 29 team blasted off at safe light.  Finishing in first place was the local team of Jason Corbin and David Upchurch.  They came to the scales with a limit weighing 20.43lbs and big fish of the tournament weighing 5.57lbs.  Jason said they caught spawning fish on jigs and plastics.  In second place was Ben and Lacy Kabel, the husband and wife team had a limit weighing 16.84lbs.  Ben and Lacy said they caught their fish on Cumberland Pro Shakey Heads.  In third place was the team of Greg Profit and Keith Monson.  They had a sack of bass weighing 15.39lbs.  Thank you to all the anglers that fished with us this weekend, and hope to see everyone at last tournament on Barren River Lake in Glasgow.  The points race is going to be a close one again, so don't miss the excitement.
