Hello Folks,
Well we finished our 2018 year at the chickahominy lake leaving out of Rockahock campground. Rockahock hosted our Friday night meeting where we feasted on some Bojangles chicken and listen to a great message from our Chaplain Daniel Roberts .Our food was provided by Steve and Kelly Roberts and family. We had 35 people in attendance at the meeting. There were four rededications and one 1st time confession of faith . Welcome! Travis Law!
Congratulations to Bryce Lunde for winning our GPA incentive award ! He was awarded a custom spinning rod and reel . Bryce received this award because of excellence in school and throughout the year being a exceptional kid.
We concluded the meeting with a raffle and assign boat numbers and closed with a prayer . The teams were released for a good nights rest .
Saturday morning boat checks started around 4:30 and we launch from Rockahock ramp after a prayer about 5:45 .
All boats returned for weigh -in at 1:00 with all teams catching fish . We had the weigh in and our end of year picnic serving hotdogs ,chips , chicken, cookies and drinks
The Chickahominy tx awards were given out and the season standings were calculated and seasons awards passed out .
Chickahaminy River top three :
1st Eric Rowe and Jacob Rowe 15.29 pounds with Big fish 6.60
2nd Edward Milton and Thomas Milton 15.12 pounds big fish 4.20
3rd Austin Colgin and Tyler Colgin 15.07 pounds big fish 4.34
