Hartwell 2: May 26, 2018
Thank you to Judah Church in Anderson for hosting our tournament meeting Friday Night and providing some great pizza and cookies. We appreciate speaker Josh Pratt, Minister of Children at First Baptist Simpsonville, bringing a message challenging us all to really hear our loving Heavenly Father and inviting our adults and juniors to listen and accept His free gift of salvation through Jesus. One angler chose to renew his commitment to Jesus and accept the challenge!
Twenty-three adult-junior teams competed in our second tournament on Hartwell, May 26, 2018. For a day that originally threatened rain and thunderstorms, it proved to be a GREAT day of fishing with most every team catching the limit. Some were even culling by mid morning! The shaky head was the lure of the day, attracting that 5.17 lb lunker that won Junior Big Fish! Photos of 1st-3rd Places are posted at the bottom of this page.
