20 Teams kicked of our 2021 Legacy season on Secession on March 13th.

Our morning devotion reminded us that Christ paid the ultimate price for us, and made the way for EACH of us to have salvation through him and his sacrifice on the cross.  Much like the old gentlemen in the store that had broken things, our life is broken too.  None of us could ever earn or buy our salvation, but Christ offers it FREELY.  The GRACE of God is there and all YOU have to do is ask.  Would you be willing to do that, TODAY?  If you are, please contact me, 864-417-5804 (Rodney).  I would love the opportunity to talk and pray with you.

The weather was great for our first event of this year, with a little cool temps in the morning and the day was perfect for being on the water with a pole in hand.

The fishing, however turned out to be tougher than most of us thought it was going to be.  Out of 20 teams, 44 fish were weighed and only 12 limits came to the scales for a total weight of 80.18 lbs.  

Team O'Shields sure did find them, though.  They brought the goods with a 13.68 lb sack and a 6.97 lb brute.  

Sawyer Redmond and Mark Gibson also had a good bag with 8.34 lbs, and a 5.65 lb Secession Bucket Mouth!!.

Congrats to ALL our anglers, and hope to see you next month on LAKE RUSSELL.
