SC Upstate LEGACY series had 20 boats competing on Clark Hill for our 1st event of 2022 on Clark Hill.

Since we had a JOINT event, both TEAM and LEGACY series were hosted at Abbeville First Baptist church on Friday night.  They treated us to some LOADED baked potatoes with ALL the fixins including chili and barbeque!  Those LADIES (and guys) know how to treat our anglers.  We are always grateful for the willingness to serve and make everyone feel at home.

Our speaker was one of our own Local Angler, Tyler Thompson.  Tyler shared some of his story that reminded all of us that we are ONLY one decision away from surrendering to Christ, and finally having that TRUE conversion (SALVATION).  It's so important to KNOW that you KNOW!  When God invites you into his presence, and reveals himself to you it might just be while "sitting at the kitchen table".  When he does, YOU WILL KNOW.  SO the question for all of you is "Have you ever had that MOMENT?"  The reason Tyler accepted the invitation to share Friday night was so that someone might be encouraged to take their next step.  Are you ready?  If so, please contact me (Rodney, 864-417-5804).

Saturday morning was a beautiful, brisk one with only a little wind.  The day was clear, but the winds sure did pick up in the aftenoon!  We are thankfull for the facilites at Dorn that made our weigh site STURDY in the gusts of wind.
