We started our season out on a foggy morning on Lake Cumberland.  After a short delay all 24 boats blasted off in hopes to find a pattern that would bring in the winning limit of bass.  Greg Profit and Keith Monson got things figured out and came in to weigh-in a nice limit of bass.  With a total weight of 11.99lbs they got first place and first place in bonus bucks.  Keith said they caught their fish in 12 -14 feet of water on shakey heads, drop shots, and did catch one keeper on a crankbait.  He also said they covered alot of water on Saturday.  In second place with a total weight of 10.57lbs was the team of Logan Estes and Taylor Hansford.  They said their fish was caught on jigs and crankbaits.  In third was the team of Shawn Monhollen and Wade Jenkins.  Their weight for the day was 10.10lbs, and they also got big fish of the tournament with a smallmouth that weighed 3.76lbs.  We had a good turnout for our first tournament, we have a little time between now and our next tournament so if you have been thinking about fishing with us its not too late.  Give me a call if you have any questions.  I hope everyone has  a Merry Christmand and a Happy New Year.  Below are the results for Saturdays tournamen I will get the official results posted shortly.
